EMS Educast

On this episode of the EMS EduCast guest host Chris Cebollero talks about developing the new EMS instructor. Recently, accepting a new position Chris set out to teach 12 employees the art and science of being EMS instructors. How does the new instructor get started? What are the key take aways from teaching without a formal methodology course and how does taking an Instructor Methodology course assist with development of the new instructor. In this episode Chris along with members of Christian Hospital EMS share their experience of developing as new EMS instructors.
