Most of us are taught that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. But it is estimated that about 1 out of 4 adults usually skips breakfast. I don’t know about you, but that sounds like a lot of people to me! That is why I’m dedicating this show to convincing the 25% of adults who skip breakfast, that it is an important meal that should not be missed. I am going to go over why it is important to break your fast (yep that is where the word breakfast comes from) and why you should eat a ??healthy, nutritious? breakfast, not a sugary, sweet one.
